This 90-Day Resilience Roadmap helps you assess your stress, set meaningful goals across every area of life, and build week-by-week momentum. Work through the seven sections in order.
Section 1: Stress Assessment
For each stress trigger in your life, capture four things: the trigger itself, your physical response, your mental response, and your current coping method. Seeing the pattern on one page is the first step to changing it.
Section 2: 90-Day Goals
For each area — Business, Health, Relationships, and Personal Growth — define your current state, your desired state, and why it matters. Be specific about what you want to achieve and by when.
Section 3: Monthly Milestones
Break your 90-day goals into three monthly checkpoints. For Month 1, 2, and 3, set a business milestone, a health milestone, and a stress management milestone. These are your proof points that the roadmap is working.
Section 4: Weekly Action Plan
Map each day of the week — Monday through the weekend — with business actions, health actions, and stress management actions. Small, repeatable daily actions beat sporadic big pushes.
Section 5: Emergency Stress Response Protocol
When you feel overwhelmed or in fight-or-flight mode: Recognize — acknowledge you're experiencing a stress response. Breathe — take 5 deep breaths (4 counts in, hold for 4, 8 counts out). Ground — name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste. Assess — ask 'What's the one thing I can do right now?' Act — take that one small action.
Section 6: Progress Tracking
Each week for 12 weeks, record your wins, challenges, stress level (1–10), and productivity level (1–10). The trend line matters more than any single week.
Section 7: Reflection & Adjustment
Monthly reflection questions: What stress management techniques worked best this month? What business activities gave me energy vs. drained me? How has my physical health improved or declined? What one change would make the biggest positive impact next month? What can I delegate or eliminate to reduce my stress load?
Start with the Stress Assessment, set realistic 90-day goals, and use the Emergency Protocol whenever you feel overwhelmed. Progress isn't linear — celebrate small wins and learn from challenges.
